1967 Steering column
Looking to upgrade my non tilt 3 on the tree column after doing an lq4 4l80e swap.
From my research there are 3 types of gears I am considering Cheap option: Lmc/cpp/brothers are they as bad as they say? Has anyone had success with these? Expensive option: ididit/flaming river column. Are these worth the extra money? Does flaming river require the same install kit as the ididit or does the stock intermediate shaft work? Unicorn option: rebuilt column, I have not had luck finding these. If anyone info on someone who sells these I'd be appreciative... Are there any options I'm missing? |

Re: 1967 Steering column
First post since joining in 2018? Welcome, this board is a great resource. Just do a search for tilt column in the parts board. There are some that offer rebuilt stock columns. Available more than you might think. IMO the best option. Send a PM to get in line if not available.
