1995 K2500 Refresh
Howdy all. Wanted to share some progress on my 95 K2500 6 lug truck. You know how these things go....1 thing leads to 20, and this was no different. My truck is white and had the infamous peeling (jumping off) paint. 350/4L60E extended cab. I decided to bedline the entire rig starting this last summer. Got the bed pulled off, body work fixed, sanded, primed and coated. I went with a metalic silver. All that turned out pretty well I think.
Did the tailgate handle swap as well. I scrubbed the rear frame section for hours with a wire wheel and then wiped it down and coated it. I'll need to touch it up later before the bed goes back on. Installed new mufflers with pipes (2.5) Not completely pleased with how it turned out so I may be redoing that later as well. Moved on to the interior for a complete gut and prepping for a new interior. I chose a 2022 Denali leather setup. Front seats are pretty straight forward with mounts from OBS Outpost. Back seat...well, that's a whole different animal. I'll post more on that as I make more progress.

Re: 1995 K2500 Refresh
I'm running into issues posting more photos, so once I get that squared away, I'll add more progress. (Says I'm missing a security token?)

Picture of the whole truck? I'd like to see that color bed liner. What do you reckon that coating weighs?

Truck isn't complete just yet. Still have the front end to do. The inside color is basic bedliner black. The truck color is charcoal metalic. I'd guess somewhere around 40lbs total for the entire truck.

That sounds like it'll be cool looking. And never have to worry about paint dings again.
