I bought this setup and he gave me the paperwork that he used. Looks like he got it from Mid America Motorworks, that I remember as a Corvette supply house. But Google them and it looks like they have the kit. Here's pics of the instructions that I have. Let me know if these pics don't come through well enough and I'll get them to you another way.
