What are these parts for ?
I got a super deal on some parts cabinets for nuts and bolts and what ever with organized shelves ,, I got 3 cabinets full of lots of screws ,nuts and bolts and some of course I do not need all for $8at a garage sale ..most likely a fellow passed away and his wife was selling things she did not need,, I went away wondering what kinda work he done with all these electrical parts or what ever they are within these shelves ..
I know what many of the parts are..but do any one of your know exactly what the ones I have shown here with a 5 cent piece for sizing them are used for ?

Re: What are these parts for ?
The light greenish looking ones are 90 degree terminals.
The female connectors are real handy on some electrical motors. If those are copper sleeves? they can be crimped on the end of stranded wire of a certain gage.

.
That's a nice grab for 8 bucks! I did a similar thing years ago. Picked up an old school metal housing plastic drawer mini storage cabinet much like the one you have there. It's still my work-bench-top holder of all things useful. Mine too was filled with stuff someone else had needed. -Kevin

Re: What are these parts for ?
Except for the 90 degree blue connectors the other stuff is used mostly on house wiring.
The brass barrels are for connecting/grouping ground wires, I believe the little red, yellow and tan pieces are off of nail in outlet boxes known as a "Gang" box of which the nail and the box are missing in your case. |

I will never need these barrel ground groupers ,,but curious if they make a crunching tool for them or just use pliers ? it would be fun to drop a few on the ground at the shooting range I go to .. thx by the way for the info.
