Tilt column tools

Part number J22551 Kent has any one located one for sale, searched web nothing a available or a picture of one so I can build it

I'll share this if you share what it's for? I recently tore a 73 Trans Am column apart and didn't need any special tools.

I’m trying to pull the upper most cover off without damage, seems to be pressed on, I’ve seen a picture of the tool required to pul it off just can’t find it for sale

72 gmc jimmy tilt soaked it and enough force to rip the metal
