Towing & Trans Cooler
Working on redoing the cooling system on my 70 c1500. New radiator and water pump but thinking of doing a transmission cooler as well. Currently it’s a 350/350 but hoping to do a 400/4l80e to be able to tow my 55 Chevy and boat.
Wondering what’s a good transmission cooler to install. Prefer stacked design as it seems like a better idea especially being in Texas |

Re: Towing & Trans Cooler
On my LS/4L60E swap combos I always use a B&M stacked plate trans coolers.
Pic of my current project 80 Camaro with a LS3/4L60E swap. I use -6 SS for cooler lines. The cooler has NPT inlets and outlets so I can adapt the -6 lines. |

Re: Towing & Trans Cooler
Thanks for the info. By chance do you have a model number for the b&m?
