COOL -- MY @SS IS BUILT A LITTLE CLOSE TO THE SIDEWALK, SO I REPLACE THE DIPSTICKS & TUBES FOR ONES OUT OF A VAN. THAT WAY I DON'T HAVE TO CLIMB UP IN MY 4X4 ENGINE BAY, JUST TO CHECK THE OIL. JOHN

You should snag that door off of the 72. From the pic it looks to be in great shape.

Good deal on the dip stick, did you get the o-ring gasket for where it pushes in the tranny?

The red 72 in pics looks like the passenger door might be cleaner than some i've seen.

dtilly the o ring on it is mint, i dont htink it was in the truck that long, spencra, the door looks allright but the skin on the outside is all cracked i think it has layers of bondo on it, i bet if you got it down to bare metal it would give you nightmares, if they were any good they wouldve been gone long ago, everyone and their dog has seen that truck

What car is that? My neighbor up the street has one exactly like that, except it's got a black suede finish to it and it's lowered down to about 3" from the ground.
