U bolts
I have a 72 Blazer that I'm converting to 3/4 ton running gear.....in the rear I want to use the 73 and up style U bolts that point upward. For the 3/4 Ton Dana 60 Full Floater...I need the bigger bolts anyway.......my question is.....Where can I get just the kit at. Somebody must sell just the bolts and plates for a truck that has a 4 inch lift with blocks...dont they?
Thanks......let me know please.

There is an outfit in Portland that makes them any length you want for real cheap. I think I paid 5 bucks each with nuts. I can find out who it is.
If you want me to look it up, respond here and I will get an email

I used u-bolts that came with a 4" lift for a K5, had them laying around, when I flipped my u-bolts. I bought the plates from ORD. My dana 60s tubes were the same diameter as the half tons (3") the 14 bolt uses the 3.5" tubes. One thing to consider I could not use 4" blocks on my dana 60 w/ the u-bolts for a 1/2 ton and 4" blocks, the spring perches on the dana 60 sit up higher from the axle.

The Company in Portland is Oregon Auto Spring"
My buddy says he doesn;t know if they will deal direct, but he can have them made and drop shiped to Washington, plus no tax (I think) if you buy them from him. Chris, owner of Sister's Auto Supply (541) 549 8888
