Talking Outragious Score

2 weeks ago I bought a '72 4x4 for $200. It's basically all in pieces, but it had almost everything minus the engine. It has p/s p/db. It is missing the dash, all the wiring, the grill and front bumper.
Today I called a guy who blurted his cell number to me in traffic from a 3/4 ton '67 2x4 (I was driving my identical '67), said he had "PARTS".
I check out the truck, its a basket case '72 3/4 ton 2x4. It has the engine (the only thing the guy wants), a full wiring harness, a complete dash, a perfect grill and front bumper. I'm thinkin "Bonus, everything I need for the 4x4". This basket case also has 3/4 ton power brakes with discs, booster, master and prop. vavle. Just what I need to upgrade my '67's 3/4 ton 4 wheel manual drum setup. Price? I tow the truck away, yank the mill, power wash it and deliver it to him on an engine stand and I can have everything else, including the pink slip.
Ya can't friggin beat that and as an added bonus the $200 4x4 bought earlier had an engine stand in it.
