restoration update
I called the gentleman today at the body shop and they just took the cab off ,so it's now down to the frame and I'll be building and putting back together my motor next week. I'll get some pics monday and will post some pics. Again thanks for everyones help with my restoration. Dave

Hey dave72, I see you are in Asheville. The company I work for has our biggest axle plant in Asheville. Nice piece of America to live in.

Thanks Mountainman, It is a beautiful place to live, but wages need to keep up with the price of housing and land and the cost of living, but it's a great place to live and a great place for my boys to grow up in and a better quality of life. Came from and grew up in So. Calif and too smoggy,expensive and crowded. Thanks. Dave
