Miniature Pulling Trucks
Found an ad from my old hometown newspaper about a new hobby getting big down there. Thought some of my fellow truck addicts, might find it interesting. Remind me of the old STOMPERS,but i never had a stomper that would pull 115 pounds.

That's pretty cool. Nothing would be funnier and more amazing to see than one of those things really lighting them up in a huge smoke show.

That looks pretty cool.
My question would be. How do they get the traction with such a small/light vehicle to pull that kind of weight? With the gas and nitro, they obviously have the power, but how do they get all that power to hook up??? |

I have a T-Maxx and a few other Nitro powereds RCs and to use them in truck pulling you would have to go to a soft tire and whatever you are trying to pull would need to be hooked up low on the RC to keep it planted on the ground.
I've seen a few videos of RC truck pulls. Not big here in my area. Here they race them on off road tracks with jumps and such. Lots of fun. I got into them as an alternative to tinkering with full sized cars/trucks. Now I have both.:p At least my wife is understanding. Mike |

I've got a 4x4 truck that I use to race....
Mine are a little more complex though... Limited slip (adjustable) trans on each end... Shocks fully adjustable with dampening... Electronic Speed control........

RC Truck pulling is nothing new, its been going on all over the country for years. i'll have to see if i still have any of my RC magazines in the garage. i remember alot of very wild creations, that were spririsingly powerful. @ 115# these guys are just getting started, the weight will continue to increase as they get more experience.

ESC? Yours is an electric. Instant torque with those. They make the best rock crawlers. Myself I'm a nitro guy. My T-Maxx: A little dirty. |

Nice looking rides there. E-Maxxes can be a lot of fun. Couple of friends have them. Wheelies machines.
Here's pics of a couple of more I have. Wheelie/sick air machine Racer that I built. Never have really liked this one. Just got Nitro 4-Tec Pro. Need to get pics of it. |
