Theoretically it will be 180, but there are TONS of other factors to consider. Like Brick wall aerodynamics, real road horsepower etc. ...

i dont know about your truck but if i wind mine up real well on a down hill i can almost break the speed limit!

do you really expect us to know what your top speed is? I dont think that setup would ever see 130+mph even in ideal wind/altitude/tuning conditions

I would rethink on setting the shift points sooo high with the transmission also. Running around and having to wind it up pretty tight 5500+ just so it will shift will get old and will give you more time to adjust to the truck again. That's just my impression though and trying to help you see what you may not see.
