Exhaust

Ok, I blew my exhaust off, again...

I have three options:

1) Fix the old muffler and try to jerry rig it back onto the old busted pipe with some serious MiG welding

2) Buy a complete exhaust setup including manifolds, Y-pipe, muffler and rear wheel dump from a 89 C10 for 50 bucks

or

3) Buy my dual exhaust setup including Flowtec headers, 2.5" pipes, X-pipe, and Aerochambers with turndowns. This could cost nearly 500 bucks installed by yourself up here...

Remember that money is a huge factor in this... 50 bucks I can afford, but I can probally fix the old muffler and weld it back on

What do you guys think I should do? My father figures I should fix the old muffler, but I am seriously considering that exhaust system from that 89... I'm just worried about spending 50 bucks on something that could possibly be on its last legs anyways (how reliable is an exhaust setup that is 15 years old?) I won't put it on if it won't fit my truck for some reason...

I would love to leave it wide open Dennis, she runs really strong straight, but the cops don't like it so much...
