rear brakes
hey guys i am getting ready to convert my 70 c10 from 6 to 5 lug. i was wondering what all you need to convert the rear i know i need axle shafts and the drum itself. do i jus get new brake hardware or what. thanks in advance chad

I just did this conversion. I got the correct axles for my truck and then got a rebuild kit with drums. You mind as well rebuild the brakes while you tearing it apart. The axles came with bearings and new seals.

I got the axle conversion from ECE and got the rebuild kit from CPP. Most of the vendors on here sell them to.
