FRAME ? 67 year model
I am going to put a big block in my 67, and want to know what to look for! Ofcouse I'll need big motor mounts but what about the frame I'm sure gm change the frames in mid year to accept the 68 big blocks, but what will I need to modify or how can I tell if my frame will work. Could it be as simple as bolting on the big block motor mounts

I believe the frames are the same. You'll just need the big block mounts. You will probably want to add a "high hump" floor to your cab.

Re: FRAME ? 67 year model
I don't think there's any need for a "high hump" floor. I put a big block in my '67 using the correct towers and mounts and I'm running a Muncie 4-speed and I've got plenty of clearance between the tranny and cab "low hump" floor.

Re: FRAME ? 67 year model
I have read on here that the 67 frame need a little trimming on the pass side rail. I think it was for manifold clearance. Theres some info in this thread. There is a step by step thread of the install in a 67 but I cant find it.
