DFW Texas truck folks.

Howdy,

I live out in Fort Worth and am wanting to make some connections with other truck enthusiasts in the DFW area. I'm not sure if it's normal to post that sorta thing here so if this is out of place I apologise.

If not... here goes

I'm always looking for local resources and just local people to chat with, maybe get a little meet and great going, if there's enough people in the DFW area I might start a little group if theres any interest so... if you're near dallas, fort worth, arlington, or close enough you'd be willing to drive up to hang with fellow truckies post here or PM me.

Re: DFW Texas truck folks.

I'm just south of 30 between las vegas and cherry lane. There's a couple of nice trucks in my neighborhood, I keep meaning to knock on doors but that might be a little weird

I've been dieing to get an old truck ever since I was a kid. my dad owned a 71 chevy C10 and the first picture of me is in front of it. his was red but I got an orange 70 CST10. The truck may be 10 years older than me but I was almost litterally born to ride in one.

I wish I was making it out to the car show this weekend but I've got too much going on, we'll have to do a little meet and great since it seems there's a fair number of people in the area.

Re: DFW Texas truck folks.

I made a little poll in the regional section to see if anyone is interested in a local truck club. Nothin major just a little meet and greet kinda thing. Link here.

Re: DFW Texas truck folks.

I talked to a guy just a little bit ago who said there is a group of people who get together on Saturday nights just down the road from you at the local Starbucks. He said on Beach and Western Center. I couldn't really understand what he said that they do cause his lip was about to drag on the ground due to all the chew falling out of it. But it sounded sweet when he talked!!
