I would like to see pics of crew/ ext. cabs. And if possible the builds showing how they did it.

Sept, that orange one was made by Rick's pickup parts out of Arizona. It was built on a 1996-2000 body style chassis. Trevor

The best one is on the build thread which was made by Rocrwln for EXT56. Trevor

From my understanding you have to make them, because they never were an option from the factory. But, some companies had them made for transporting workers.

i had 300 hours into this one, took a suburban and pickup cab and doors for parts.. and alot of custom one off parts to make it look as factory as possible

I think I found one today. I was riding my bike with my friend that's a girl. I didn't have time to stop but it was sitting in a field. I'm going to drive by this week to confirm.
