Wrecker Fever hit me, pick this truck up today. Pretty nice truck, looks like it began it's life as a wrecker, plain Jane, radio, cig lighter delete. Run good, drives good, everything works, wrecker, lights. Has dollies, chains, J hooks.

That doesn't look too bad at all. Welcome to the club! It looks like someone gave it some love along the way. I wonder what the mirrors came off of. Looks like they replaced the dash pad with a good saddle one.

Yes, the owner said he replaced the dash pad, I guess it should be blue. He said the mirrors came off a square body Camper Special. He has had the wrecker for 18 years at his small body shop. He just used it for the shop, not a wrecker business. It has 93,553 mile on it, says to be correct.

Everything works good on the truck, even the windshield washer. Drives and runs down the road great.

Nice wrecker. Did you dig that up around this part of the state? If you decide to go with a different color dash pad, give me dibs on the saddle pad. My interior is slowly becoming saddle, my pad is gray. Jim

Got it below Pine Bluff, a Buddy at Petit Jean Fall Show put me on it. Sadly the dash pad has a crack in it, right in the middle.

Went out for the first mission, Operation; Save the 63 GMC from the Scrappers! 2 hour drive one way, did great. The winch was a life saver, rear tires flat, would not air up, rear brake drums froze up.

Mine had this home made type hitch on it bolted to the frame.
