Calling All 505 Dark Green Trucks! Pics Wanted!
Some of you have seen my new addition. It's in a yellow primer atm with a bit of poor bodywork and slathered bondo, so after that's addressed me and my dad (painter) were discussing. He'll spray any color I wish and my first thoughts jumped to black or a dark blue. After looking at the Spid and doing a bit of searching it came up at 505 dk green and white. What little trucks I could find as 505 I liked. So if anyone has pics of a 505 truck, esp 67-68, please post. I just want an idea of what it would look like. Thanks all.

Your right, dont see too many. Heres a couple i dont think ive posted. No 2-tone, just white trim. Base clear.

The truck I am working on now was a dark green however I don't believe it was 505 as it is a 1970. I am in the process of changing it to a mid 70s corvette green (still dark)with the two tone white roof as I am a huge fan of the dark green white combo.

From what I have learned for Greens, the color of primer will either make it lighter or darker. I shot mine on gray primer and it was terrible, put a coat of black primer sealer and it turned out great.

It's a early 68, if I remember the early ones/cheaper package? Had silver bumpers and grille. It's argent silver
