HELP Brake pedal doesn't return !!

70 C-10, power brakes w/electric vacuum booster, pedal doesn't return, I can hit it again and it comes back up sometimes. Does master need rebuilt? I have replaced spring under dash... Aftermarket stuff. ALso my right front turn signal comes on like a brake light ???

Not familiar with the electric booster but did you lube the pivot pin for the brake pedal while you were under the dash? (and clutch pedal if you have one) That would be the only reason I can see that it would bind up unless there is something wrong with the master cylinder.

There is also a pivot where the booster rod attaches to the brake pedal that needs to be lubed once in a while.

Possibly the electric booster is malfunctioning but like I said, I'm not familiar with them.
