disc conversion on a 61 c 10
Bought a 61 a year ago and just getting around to fixing it up. wondering what i need to do a disc conversion on the front. Ive seen the kits, but wondering if i could do it a lil cheaper. thanks ahead of time.

you can buy drop spindles for your truck that use chevy disc brake parts for around 230 dollars.

72 to 86 truck & early camaros front end should swap out with only having to redrill/slot 1 hole for idler?arm anchor to frame I am told. all these parts are also cheap & new at any auto parts store. u can look them up on Napa.com for prices. u want to also grap a power steering box & pump, and the master cylinder & booster & proportioning valve from donor truck. also may want to look for tilt column from truck or van or chevy chassis motorhome when in bone yard. i am waiting for snow to melt or room in my shop to do this to my 65 c-10. jw
