1970 K20 Axle Swap

Hi guys,

I have a 1970 K20 longbed with the eaton axle and leaf springs. I am wanting to convert to either a corporate 14 or a Dana 70. My question is, are there any specific years i should be looking for? Is there a year/model that is a direct bolt in?

Thanks!

Re: 1970 K20 Axle Swap

73 and up K30 has 40" spring centers same as your truck. Shock mounts will have to be relocated. 2x4 and 4x4 3/4 tons have 42.5" spring centers so perches have to be relocated as well.
