Eastwood Chrome Paint
I have a few parts I want to give a brushed aluminum look to. I was thinking of using Eastwood's chrome paint, and then very lightly scuffing them and then clearing them. Has anyone else tried something similar? Are there any other techniques to give a brushed aluminum look?

I am wondering about the chrome too is it like the cheap rattle chrome?

I don't remember the name of the paint, but I was watching "pimp my ride" (lol) last night and they painted a car chrome.... It started out like a gloss black color and they had to heat the booth up to 110 deg. (I think) for an hour or so and the paint turned chrome, it looked like it turned out well, but I don't remember the brand they used.
Also, Chip Foose also uses some type of technique to do exactly what your looking for, maybe check out his site and see what you can find. Sorry man, I don't have better info....
