AC control

does anyone know if you can fix an arm thats broke on one of these..
we tried to weld it thinking it was aluminum but it dident work so i guss its pop metal
do they sell these arms seperate or will we have to buy a whole new one

i have an extra if you need it.. My fan switch went out and I got the whole unit... btw its magnesium.

There's a repair kit for that upper arm, made out of thick sheetmetal. I think it was $15-20 from Old Air in Ft Worth.

Follow the steps in the link below and you will have your AC Controller back in good shape in no time. It is an excellent how-to.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Top notch folks. They make all the parts to fix our broken clusters, along with duct hose, outlet vents, cables, etc...
