Odd pic request
I been told that even though they are differnt the hoods will interchange 67-68 and 69-72.
SO does anyone have a pic of a 67-68 truck with a 69-72 hood on it? OR visa versa? Not something Im actually consitering but Id like to see it. I was under the impression they would NOT line up correctly, but have been told differntly a few times. |

They don't interchange. You are correct they do not line up correctly.

Re: Odd pic request
Thats what I thought but some local self proclaimed experts said they would work. Im sure they would look pretty weird anyway.
Thanks |

Re: Odd pic request
my old boss wrecked his 68 and used a hood grll, rad support and 1 fender from a 70 and even painted, it did not look right at all. I could not understand why he just didnt replace both fenders

Re: Odd pic request
here's a 69-72 truck that cut the hood down (pancaked it) as well as smoothing the cowl to the fenders and they rounded the front fender lip on the bottom.
