50th Buddy Buckets...FINALLY!

I finally got my son to help me put my new 50th Anniversay seat covers on...whoo hooo!!!!! Now back to sanding the Longhorn. I will finish that truck....some day...LOL!

New motor . It's a 70 350 flat tops ,steel crank ,Dart Heads, 292 cam . Gonna clean up the lower ivory and drive it for a while . Want to enjoy it for a while before taking body off frame for resto ! I haven't really driven it in approx. 4 years . gonna burn the tires and cruise it for now . You can see a bunch of new pics in projects and builds under junk yard dog . Bob

Its funny you say that, but I was thinking a few weeks ago looking at your pics, that if it were mine, I repaint the lower white (maybe even with a satin finish paint to retain the patina look) and drive fool out of it. I can't wait so see it!

HUSKER...installed ourselves but that was the easy part. Seat covers were made by Ricks Custom Upholstery in Columbia, TN. Great job at a great price ($265). I only had a couple of small issues that only I will probably notice.
