Dome Light Question...?
I've got a problem with the interior dome light on my 71 C10...Problem is I have the base fixture and the lens, but have some how lost the hardware that attaches it to the cab roof...
 ... I went to check my dad's '68 1 ton today and of course I had forgotten that it doesn't even have a dome light installed...just a empty hole... ...lol! Ive look over the site and on the web with no luck. In the attached photo the red arrows show where the base fixes to the cab roof...with some type of screw I guess, that slips into the slots on the base to hold it in place. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The base just snaps into place, there should be no screws to hold it into place. If yours will not stay you have prob. got tabs broken off.

Thanks 71 Super...on further inspection it does appear the tabs are broken on mine...thanks again for your help.
