well it mostly fits in the bed, but there were upper and lower control arms on the passenger seat!! Here's what it looked like after emptying the box out. Don't have any newer pics uploaded to my computer yet because there is almost nothing left on the truck.
This is my brother on the right and me on the left. He drives a 2001 Xtreme, I can't wait till he's driving (well trying to drive) in all my burnt rubber and dust!!

I replied on another topic about your engine Jared. It is defiately a 250. A 292 has stagegred engine mounts. Good luck!!
