Will this leak???
I bought a new polished aluminum timing cover with embossed bowtie at a swap meet this weekend and was wondering if anybody had one of these and if they sealed up ok???
if so, did you use silicone or gasket shelack??

Although I have no experiance on them, 99% of the time cast aluminum has better mateing surfaces and are less likely to leak.
