Pics of my Blazer
I know I signed up a while ago and I haven't had the courtesy to post pics yet. Here's a few that I snapped today with a borrowed digicam.

Here's the great seats that Tony Pardue sold me, with uphosltery by GMCPauls!
Note that these are 73 buckets with 72 upholstery -- it DOES work! |

My answer to Lojack. No, I dropped the tank to switch to a poly tank and a Holley TBI. |

You don't see too many with the factory hub caps.
That looks like a fun truck for the summertime. Have fun

Awesome Blazer, man. Great shape original exterior, huh?
Can't wait to find a project for myself.

Are the carpet and door panels different shades of purple? Or did someone put acid in my cereal again? Seriously, that's a nice ride. Perfect for cruisin' the lake.....

Riveted,
I can't verify that no one spiked your sugar bowl, but YES, the POS PO DID decide to customize the purple trim on the interior. I'm in the process of changing that back. I've got the carpeting, etc, but I'm waiting to get it painted first. And Hutch, it's a lot of fun to drive! It's going to be my every day vehicle. Brian |

Well, I want it to be nice, but not eye-popping. After all, I have to park it and leave it places.
My thought is to go with a pearl white with a base pretty close to the original color. I'd like people to overlook it at first glance, and then notice it if they look again. Brian |

Very nice looking rig. Are you going to keep the stock wheel/hubcaps after painting it? That's some crazy carpet!

bpmcgee - I like the look of the hub caps too. I was just wondering because you said you were putting on custom paint.
Your rig looks a lot like the one on e-bay right now with the camper. I've been drooling over that one all week!

My plan is black interior with these buckets. Should look pretty sharp with a white truck don't you think? Brian |

Krazy,
LOL. remember I said "nice but not eye-popping?" The way that I drive, having a really noticable car is like saying "I was speeding officer, please pull me over and throw the book at me." Brian |
