Body mounts

Want to replace body mounts on a 72 Blazer. Is it as straight forward as it looks, remove old bolts in old mounts, jack up body enough to replace mounts, or is this really a big pain?

Any suggestions are definitely welcomed.

As long as the bolts aren't rusted and twist off, or spin then yes it's just that simple.

The 2 front floorpan bolts are spot welded and those need to be grinded off.
