NEW Guy - First post with pic of truck
been checking out the site for a few weeks now and thought i should post something and check in
i have a 1977 Chevy Silverado With: high output 383 stroker, balanced and blue printed MSD ignition, lots of edelbrock stuff and chrome Flat top pistons, and High compression heads with roller rockers 4" pro comp lift with dual front shock kit and air ride suspension. Goodyear Wrangler MTR's The truck is pushing 425 hp @450 Ft/LBS of torque. kind of hard to see in pictures but i made a custom bed cover out of black leather.....maybe not leather but it looks like leather..... and it has a raised yellow bowtie in the center, turned out pretty good i think My dad bought this truck New, he speciall ordered it direct from Chevy in 1977. then when i turned 16 he gave it to me (it was pretty rough when i got it) and ever since every dime i made durring every summer job went into making it perfect. but there is still a wish list a mile long. this truck brought me home from the hospital the day i was born i also have a 1969 GMC Siera that i just purchased, i dont have any photos yet but i will post them as soon as i take some. i also have an 07 Chevy duramax. big chevy fan. i hope to learn alot from this site |

Nice lookin truck. the only downfall to your truck is if it has the auto/203 combo. But still a very nice truck. Would love to have one in that shape with a 4 speed.

thanks for the comments guys
 keep looking around the site and there is still alot i need to learn. Actually my truck isnt an automatic it has the four speed mannual in it. whats a 203? Last edited by silverado383; 10-28-2010 at 07:00 PM. |
