T-shirt 4x4

Anybody make or know of a t-shirt sporting one of our trucks in a 4x4 version? As I love all makes and versions of our trucks, and the cool look of our site logo, I'm partial to a tALLer truck.. Curious if there is any interest besides me. I've done a search and found nothing. Any info would be great!

Re: T-shirt 4x4

I'd buy one. It seems I've seen something before but can't put my finger on where.

Not sure why this thread was moved. We're talking 67-72 GM Trucks here, right?

Re: T-shirt 4x4

Be interested as well but more of a classic look than a cartoonish 24" lifted truck as an example.

Re: T-shirt 4x4

I'd like a cartoony one, since that would have typical for the era. But,I'd really like to see one with one front end (and a fender) of a '59,60-66,and 67-72 in stock form. On the back could be the rear 1/4s

-1 Sorry,I am one who does not care for more cab. Trucks had regular cabs for eons and that's what kept truck guys buying trucks and everyone else buying cars.

Re: T-shirt 4x4

While a cartoon caricature is very period correct and even desirable, I'd still kind of want to avoid the SWB on Cane and Rice tires look. This 67 K20 is kind of what I envision as a starting point for a 67-72 themed shirt. Taller pizza cutters would be cool though. Add in a counter poised 71-72 in Deluxe Two-Tone (orange and white maybe)

Of course the man to do one up for us would be Dave Deal aka Big Deal. http://www.bigdealart.com/ http://www.bigdealart.com/index.cfm?Cat=9

I would love a couple shirts myself. I'll have to research some screenprinting supplies when I get home from vacation.

There ya go. A '67 K/20 Suburban...OOPS! I mean '68,a '67 Stepside SWB,a '69 Blazer,a '70 Jimmy,a '71 K/20 LWB Stepside,and a '72 GMC K2500!
Maybe one side conservative like that and the other with a Deal's Wheels type thing

Well yes a collection could work, maybe three or four stockish looking (early & late P/U, Suburban and Blazer) done by Big Deal on the front. Then a single full blown huge tire rig on the back with all the period Big Deal tweaks (71-72 SWB stepside).

Re: T-shirt 4x4

Since I seem to have found a common feel here, what do you think of George Trosley as an alternate or second style? Anyone up for a Krass and Bernie Pathfinder "K" van T-shirt? http://www.georgetrosley.com/page822.html

The art work is cheaper than I thought too, at least George's. Though at this point I think I have earned a freebe if someone rolls with this.

Square bodies should really be a separate shirt. In fact a shirt for each series would be cool but limits things too. Why don't you start a thread over on the square side a see what stirs?

Yeah, post a thread in 73-87s so it can get moved to General Discussion . I think it's a great idea to do a shirt for each body style...starting with Napcos!
