i am not sure if this is aloowed by the mods but i have parts in my storage and i dont want to scrap parts because i cantgie them away or sell them fast enough and if i give them away or scrap them then im not making or doing anything to further along my build which i would like to do....so now that i have explained my situation i have these parts that i would like to trade if it is not aloowed to trade then i will post a price and try to sell thanks rick,

parts i have:

i have 4 carbs one is a holley with one chunk missing and the others are either q jets or rodchester,

multiple ash trays none of them are for 67s some are 68 72 some are 72 one is a nice bronze original color and i believe its a 72

M/T valve covers good shape

parts i want:

350 shift linkage for a 2wd not 2wd

350/4 core rad. coolant lines both of them

dash wiring for a 67 68 must be functionalble....

and the things i would least want ( because they wont make my truck run)
is am radio must work

i am not expecting to trade what i have for everything i need , any of the parts listed i will trade for

Rick, sorry. I may be mistaken. I just looked on the forum rules for you once you posted the question. DeWayne (70cst) is very knowledgeable. I may very well be missing something. I have seen items up for trade without prices often. I may be the one who is confused.

You might be correct. It is my understanding "if" one wants to trade that is ok...If you want to sale a price needs to be listed. I could be wrong so it might be good if one ask one with a better understanding as I am always learning. I will do some further research so we get this right. thanks for your understanding.

That might be a good decision as I might be wrong in my understanding of a FS thread verses WTT guidelines.

Re: have parts that i would like to trade

My understanding is that want to trade posts do not require a price. Kind of hard to price a trade anyway unless you are trading a part for a specific item. I would suggest that cash offers on parts would be considered an auction which is against the rules as are PM sales. Additionally if the parts become for sale the parts need to be listed with prices and made available for everyone's consideration. Needless to say that would turn into a mess. Trade on!

Re: have parts that i would like to trade

yes it is a little brace that mounts with three screws and holds the center seat from going to far back and going under the cab body line.

PM me your name and address and I will send you one. It will need a good clean up and sanding.

You don't have anything I need, but maybe someday you will.

BTW, what color are your buddy buckets? I might have a strap too.
