Cab Vents?
Are there any aftermarket cab vents to help with interior pressure when closing the door? I've seen that 90s Chevy's have them in the back of the cab and the door jambs. Has anyone done this? This would be on a 70 chevy.

Re: Cab Vents?
I always open the window a little bit before getting in, then close the door.
Been a habit from the start. |

Re: Cab Vents?
The small vent windows are one of the really great features of these older trucks.
trivia: When they were introduced, by GM, way back about 1936, they were called "Swing Action VentiPanes"

Re: Cab Vents?
What is this "Interior Pressure" you speak of, and where can I get some? It sounds like just what I need to keep outside water from coming inside.

Re: Cab Vents?
Lol - My 84 doors are perfectly aligned and need to be slammed but if I cracked a window they'd shut like a brand new sports car door. Even though they have vents, I always felt rear cab vents that go between the back of the cab and the bed were a good idea to both ventilate and help with door closing problems.

Re: Cab Vents?
My 69 doors close fine with all windows closed. I got a hunch any air pressure goes out the intake for the heater system.
