Re: No brake fluid

Did you bench bleed the master?

Re: No brake fluid

Don't I need fluid to start coming out first before I remove the air with a nench bleed?

No that is what the bench bleed is for. on all the new ones I have done the master comes with plugs you put in the outlets then hold or mount the master in a vice then push the "plunger" in several times getting the air out of the master before you install.

Re: No brake fluid

Did you set up the proportioning valve for bleeding as outlined in the service manual?

Re: No brake fluid

Master was rusted and pitted. New master and found out my prop valve is rusted and seized in the front. Man I'm getting tired of buying parts I already own. Anyone know a good adjustable prop valve that will bolt up using existing hardware.
