Rallye wheels

I am getting ready to put my 72 4x4 on the road. I bought a set of eagle 16" rims for it but not sure I want to go with them. I would like a set of chrome or alum rallyes with nice caps. I need the fronts to be open centers. I would appreciate any advise on where to find these and or pictures if anyone has them. Thanks Lash

I think Dusti is correct on the aluminum ones. If you have or can get a set of steel ones, Check and see if you have an electro-plating shop near you. They might can chrome them cheaper than buying them. I sure the ones you can purchase probably had the same thing done to them.

You can get aluminum rally's or chrome steel from Wheel Vintiques. I would call them regarding the fronts...specifically the open center for the hub.

the link is on my site however you can also do a search and their site should come up.

Good Luck.

Wheel Vintiques may have a rallye with an open center, but they don't show it....

Here is a pic, you'll have to check with them about the front hub situation. I got the "police" caps, which are a flatter style cap, and they won't go over the front hub without a wheel spacer, so I am going with a different cap (not the one in this pic).
