The wheels are 15x8 with 275/60/15. I used the newer style center cap that use the plastic lug nut covers to hold them on. changed the studs to use the lug nuts that had thread on the outside also so I could use the lug nut covers. The trim rings are off a newer pickup maybe late 80's or so........

Re: Took a few pics of the 71 today......

I always thought those tents were kinda cool. Does it take up much space stored?
My last '71 was factory Ocher, so it didn't look nearly that nice.
I love the grill work! I really like painted grills over the bare plastic.
Nice Truck!

Motor is running great! 17 mpg on the freeway. Love it.

I cut one coil out of the stock front coil springs, and made a 2" block for the rear control arm.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Took a few pics of the 71 today......

The tent is great, first time we used it - it was raining out and it didn't leak at all. we used our air mattress inside. Its nice also because you always have a flat surface to sleep on haha instead of getting a bad spot with a rock in your back.
