How long is your speedometer cable.

In your 4X4 NP205 blazers how long is your speedo cable? Where did you buy it from. I bought one from GMC pauls and its too short and it will cost me as much to return it as I will be credited. So help me not buy another mistake. I see some that measure 100 inches and I think that would be too long. The GMC pauls one is 70 inches, my stock one is 6-8 inches longer than his and always seemed a bit short. I think 100 inches would be way too long?

Help
Mark

Can't answer your question, but couldn't you just route the 100" on a longer path so that it ends where you want it?

Re: How long is your speedometer cable.

With the way it goes into the side of the transfer case all the extra would have to go up front in the engine bay which IMHO would look like a$$!

I have found 68", 70", 80", 95",and 100". I believe mine is 80, 85 or 90 would be ideal. Just wondering what everyone else has?

Just wondering what the outcome was. I need to get a new cable and was wondering which one worked.

Re: How long is your speedometer cable.

85 inches, 83 would work. I have seen both lengths
