Under Dash AC Hose Help Needed

Guys,

I have bought a AC hose kit from LMC and I am not having any luck in routing the hoses where they all fit under the dash. I am using the diagram from their catalog and I can't get it to all fit with the radio, ash tray, ac levers - is there another diagram that I need to be looking at? Or have you guys done something different with your AC, i.e. used different hoses, different brands, more plyable hoses, diff diameters? Please help.

Thanks

KellerMac

Re: Under Dash AC Hose Help Needed

I had the same problem, LMC hoses are garbage. I ended up ordering a more durable and flexible hose online. That way you can snake it around everything under the dash a lot easier without tearing the hose. I don't remember where I ordered it but it wasn't hard to find, just put in a search. I think it was $3 a foot but definitely worth it

x2 i have bought ridged pvc pipe that bends easier than lmc hoses. spend the extra and get a factory or similar style. they will go on and stay in place much better. Gary
