Re: vintage truck thread part two
I miss this thread and wanted to bring it back to the top. It died out after getting renamed. Maybe it can get re renamed back to Vintage Picture Thread (II)? There were many contributors along with SKT killing it with thousands of pictures. Wikid61 was a huge contributor as well with lots of movie stills.

Re: vintage truck thread part two
Bringing the Vintage Picture Thread back up. Always good for cool old stuff and some funny trends.
The first time I looked at this I didn't realize it was a wreck - literally a train wreck. Last edited by LT7A; 04-11-2022 at 06:49 AM. |

Re: vintage truck thread part two
I took this picture around '78 at a weekend bull roast party. That's my girlfriend taking a swing at my buddy with the steak and my sister drinking from a boot. I think that was the first time my sister met my buddy. A couple years later they got together and next thing you know they got married. Still together.
The truck was a '77 K30 Silverado 454/4spd

Re: vintage truck thread part two
Here is a shot of my '71 with my newly acquired '78 Scottsdale/30 Camper Special in the back ground (in '84). I took a lot of pictures of that '78 but need to scan onto computer
This is the '78 Silverado SWB I had sitting behind another '71 I had. Not sure if I showed the one full shot I have of that '78.

Great to see the new additions! SKT, good to have you back. BTW, I don't get onto Instagram very often, but thanks for the tip.

It turns out that two story homes are not so great as you age out and stairs become your enemy....

Re: vintage truck thread part two
Found a few more of the red truck from when we were in Arizona.
This would have been 1990 - 1994 timeframe. K
