Need Inspiration please post pics of your garages

Ok, I finally decided the reason my truck is not further along is everytime I look for a part or tool to use on my truck I can not find it and get frustrated and give up. Anyone else have this problem??

Anybody have an awesome garage pics that I can see and get inspiration from?? Or has anyone had the same problem and redone their garage where they could find everything?

Jay

Here's an old pic of my barn when it was a bit (okay alot) cleaner and when my truck was still in one piece. It's a 40 x 60 and was already built when we bought the house or I wouldn't have a barn to work in.

God damn Mark!!! I wish I had a place that HUGE to work on my truck. I do work on it in our 40 x 80 shop but I can't leave it in there. I am so green with envy!!! I am one of the "maybe next year" guys for a garage. But I will probably never get a chance to build one for myself. I've built plenty of them for other people though.

I agree with you...Ithink mine would go faster with a nice shop/garage. This is what I have to go with for now...least it is a roof and a place for parts and that....and it now has power and a 220V air compressor system and welder....so maybe I'll move faster.

I feel very fortunate to have it, like I said, if it hadn't have come with the house, I wouldn't have it. Wife would never understand the need for something like that - she's a little mis-guided LOL.

Very nice barn Yukon...

I know what you mean about not being able to find anything. I just finished building my garage so I start working on my truck. The only problem is its already full of crap...

I would love to also see some garages organized in a more methodical way. At the very least more than mine.

I have to use my dads garage to work in, mine is full of his parts, note the 3 cabs. I have to climb over piles of junk just to get from one side to the other. We are in the process of completely reorganizing everything as well.

Here is a shot of one of my workbench's. I keep it in order most of the time, and tools are always cleaned and put where they are supposed to be. That way when I need them again, I know exactly where they are.

I have paid my dues.....made some good decisions....and some bad ones....trying not to continue the bad ones...

Toys are just toys....you gotta have all the other good stuff in your life to make the toys worth while.

I don't have any inside pics. It's still not room finished inside yet. This is on wash day before I sold the crewcab, and bought the 77. It's 3 car wide, and double deep, with a roll up door in the rear too...
