WTB 71-72 grille in TX

I have a real decent 69-70 grille off of my truck now, but I want a 71-72 style.

I'm in DFW area, closer would be better. Would be very willing to trade my grille towards one. Driver quality is fine. Basically straight and able to be bolted on and look good from 10-15 feet.

Outer grille only would even be fine. I'll probably do a billet insert anyway.

Per She Ate It,
Kevin

Yes it does. I'll get pictures this weekend to you. I'm at the station right now, so I can't send them.

Do you want to shoot me a price to 76086?

I have no idea how much UPS would go for something of that size.

69k5, what price do you have in mind?

Would you consider going through the shipping hassle?

It would have to be a real nice grille to make the drive worth it. That's like a 14-16 hr round trip.

69k5, I like what I see. I'm ready to talk price with you.

Just let me know how much you want for the grille first, so I can see if you should box it up yet.

I know it's a lot of trouble to get a shipping estimate on it, but if the shipping runs close to what griesel payed, I could handle it.

I sold an NOS 70 inner and outer grille on ebay last summer and shipped it FedEx to the buyer. FedEx crushed the outer grille, mangling the original GM box so bad, that some FedEx employees taped pieces of other boxes to the original box to try to cover the holes ripped in it.
Then, FedEx denied the claim.
Thank goodness I had pictures of the grille and box that I took at the shipping center (as we took the outer grille out of the box, wrapped it in bubble-wrap, then put back in), and pictures of the demolished grille that the buyer took upon arrival. Those pics, combined with a letter from my attorney got FedEx to pay the $550 claim in full.
Still took 5 weeks to settle.
Needless to say, I will never use FedEx again.
Be carefull shipping those grilles. Very easy to damage.
