72 Inside door release handle thingie
I know the the window regulator has a longer shaft on 72 doors but are the door handle spline thingies also longer???? I need one for the passenger side door if anyones got one.. T.I.A.

Both are longer than 67-71

Frenchblue - I have found that Vans have the door remotes you are looking for with the longer shaft. If you have a yard nearby look for the newest van you can see (well into the 80's) to get one with a good spring and little wear. This is a tip to all of you with 72 doors and broken drivers side springs - very easy to find and cheap.
