ford kickdown

what does this mean? i was looking at carbs on ebay and some have this listed. will they work with chevy small blocks if they have this?

They have ford kickdown linkage for for autos. If you have a chevy you can get a kit from summit for like 10-15 bucks so you can have your chevy kickdown linkage.
