Suburban Tahoe plastic tank demensions
I'm in the process of starting an ls 4.8 or 5.3 swap. I was thinking of using a newer 99 up burb Tahoe plastic tank for reliability and dependable parts. Has it been done? does anyone have the dimensions? I've looked high and low with no answers. Thank you for any info.

Re: Suburban Tahoe plastic tank demensions
I saw on a K5 board that a '99 Tahoe tank is 30"x22"x14"- the guy said that was not exact dimensions, but close enough to gauge what space it would fit in.

Thanks for the info. I was looking at older burb tanks. Then my mind wandered. Why not use the newest most reliable parts and also easily accessible when you're on the side of the road.

My friend Tim just did a 5.3 Vortec and used the Tahoe tank, fuel pump, gage, everything. worked perfectly
