Sat pics (7-19) Brandon's debut! (Welcome and congrats are in order!)
Hey guys! Brian (71see10) and his wife decided that since their son was within 6 mos of a license that it was time to find him something suitable to drive. We were all glad that hanging around his pop had apparently rubbed off on him and he was interested in finding an old truck. After a lot of disappointments and bad leads we finally located one just a few hours from home that fit the bill. It's a 72 Custom deluxe 350/350 with factory A/C that blows cold. I drove it back in for them myself and it drives like a champ!
Here's how it looked when we went to check it out. The owner has a tire/lube shop and actually had it parked over a pit when we got there. He handed us a flashlight and told us to give it a good once over. I shot this on the test drive. A deal was finally struck that everyone felt was fair and we hit the highway!! Home with it's proud new owner that's wishing he was 6 mos older! |

A couple more shots after a cleanup ( a Worthless plate) and tint job.

Re: Sat pics (7-19) Brandon's debut! (Welcome and congrats are in order!)
Just a couple more.
Guy's,.. Brandon's a good kid and he has, and I'm sure will continue, to make his parents proud. His parent's wouldn't have bought him this truck if they didn't feel that he could handle the responsibility and that he deserved it. Brandon has also been getting his hands dirty working on it as well. That's part of the deal, he has to participate! So, CONGRATS Brandon!! We're looking forward to seeing what you do with it! I'm sure you'll make us proud to say that we know you! |

That's nice. Now you've got yourself another truck to take pics of. I think you've become the official photographer for the N. Georgia crowd. So...how was Kung Fu Panda?
