That is not a transmission cooler it is a A/C condenser.
Make sure they weld the condenser lines on straight so you do not have to move the brace on the core support to clear the fittings, or have them extend them to the inside of the core support

My '55 GMC was in paint jail for almost a year but it was worth the wait. Nice job on the truck, looking forward to seeing it painted!

Well a bit of progress has been maid................. not as much as he said he would have done in 30 days, but I do see some progress.
Bed is in final guide coat and ready for blocking and some inside parts are being worked on.
I was hoping for the roller chassis this week so I can begin the paint and final assembly of the drive train.
Maybe next week, as you all know it is nice to have the primer and skim coat shrink to its final state before base color
