cab question for the group

ok for starters i am a newbie to the group and would like to introduce my self, my name is mark and i have a 1970 long bed gmc,350, turbo 350 trans,650 edelbrock 4 barrel and headers with true duals, ok enuf of that on to my question for yall,,,,

ok i am looking into getting another cab for my truck due to bad ruct cancer. i have looked at a couple and found one that has very little cancer to it, but the only problem i have found is that it is a 67 chevy 1 ton cab, my question is, will this cab work on my 70 gmc 1/2 ton, or is there a big differnce in the way it mounts or what?

The cab will interchange, there may be a few small differences, like how the E-brake mounts.

I've done this cab swap before, if you look at the e brake and wiring harness holes they are different. We had to cut a section of the firewall out and replace it. Also the ignition key hole is different
