Torq Thrusts in Wichita, KS Craigslist

I just saw these (not mine). Have been told "NO!" But if there is anyone in the Wichita, KS area looking for wheels, this would be a great set.

I showed my wife the add and instantly learned I would not be getting them. So I have not contacted them.
